Courageous You

June 10 - 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Procrastination, perfection, not knowing what to do and fear?

Whether it’s the promotion you deserve, a new role, a change in career direction or a life transition, courage is critical to be able to move through fears to a new and bright future.

Join a small group of like minded women and Dr Sam Collins, Founder and CEO of Aspire for Equality for a 2 PART interactive session that will include latest research from our new Aspire Courage and Confidence Survey 2021, individualised coaching, discussions, hints and tips, networking and breakouts.

Sam has been recognised by her Majesty, The Queen of England as one of ‘The Top 200 Women in the UK to Impact Business and Industry’ and as ‘A Woman Shaping the World’ by CNN. She is an award-winning women in leadership expert, social entrepreneur, keynote speaker, coach and international best selling author and has been featured on the BBC, CNN, The Huffington Post and many more.

This session is strictly limited to 8 attendees only.

Join us and gain the following:
  • Latest ideas on courage and how it differs from confidence and presence.
  • Developing your courageous vision for the future.
  • A courage audit (your unique purpose, passions, strengths and skills).
  • Feel more motivated, positive, enthusiastic and 'on track'.
  • Identify and move through fears and obstacles.
  • Learn more about courage and gender stereotypes for women.
  • Brainstorm, spark ideas and network with like minded women from other fields and stages of careers.
  • Get out of your inbox and take time out to think!
  • Take practical action post event, follow through and have support and accountability over a period of 3 weeks in between the 2 sessions.

It is an opportunity to learn from others outside of your normal sphere, get inspired and give yourself a boost to get going on your plans for the future.

In addition, it helps you to develop courage not only in yourself but also in others in these uncertain times. The small group allows for a safe and supportive yet stretching environment.

“My head is spinning with so much inspiration. I was somewhat sceptical about how it would work on-line as for me being in the room and face-to face connections are so important. But this was not the case. I’m now in what has been described as “the twilight years” of a corporate career, I feel I now have all the encouragement I need to plan life after “retirement” which is going to be my next reinvention phase, and I will now start visioning.”

“I felt inspired, supported and challenged from start to finish – I discovered passions and dreams I didn’t even know I had and I faced many a fear in the process. With the support and encouragement of the women I met, I have a new-found confidence and I cannot thank you enough for making that happen.”
